So I had some leftover paint from painting some of the house, and I thought I would try to pour with. And since I love tree ring pours, I decided I would start there and see what kind of ring pour I could get with paint of a different texture.
I must say that I was super pleased with the results of this pour. I got a lot of different defined layers and some really cool effects. This is by far one of my favorite tree ring pours that I’ve done.
So if you’ve got some leftover house paint that you love the colors of and you want some cheap, easy, super cool wall art, you can definitely achieve that with acrylic pouring. Even if you don’t have house paint leftover from a project, it would be a super economical way to buy paint if you think about the price per ounce.
